做法:
1. 番茄洗淨,去蒂去皮,切粒
2. 雞蛋拂匀,加入同等分量的水拂勻
3. 茄肉與蛋漿拌勻,置於兜形碟上,隔滚水蒸約8分鐘取出
4. 撒葱粒,淋2湯匙生抽
Steamed Egg with Tomato
Ingredients:
3 tomatoes
4 eggs
1 stalk spring onion (diced)
2 tsp soy sauce
Steps:
1. Rinse tomatoes, discard steam. Peel and dice.
2. Beat eggs. Mix with same amount of water.
3. Add diced tomato. Pour into a deep dish. Steam over boiling water for 8 minutes.
4. Add spring onion. Drizzle soy sauce.
