【三餸一湯】酸豆角炒肉碎

食譜蔬菜豬肉15-30分鐘

材料:
酸豆角100克
免治豬肉碎100克
蒜頭2粒
葱1條
糖少許
粟粉芡水少許

醃料:
糖少許
鹽少許
生抽1茶匙
紹酒半茶匙
粟粉半茶匙

做法:
1.
豬肉碎加入醃料醃5分鐘。切葱花,蒜頭切碎,酸豆角浸水略洗,切粒。
2.
燒熱油,爆豬肉碎,加入蒜頭和葱花,加入酸豆角,下糖調味,埋粟粉芡水收汁。

Marinade:

Salt Little
Soy sauce 1 teaspoon
Shao Xing wine ½ teaspoon
Cornstarch ½ teaspoon

Steps:
1.
Minced pork season with marinade for 5 minutes. Shred green onion and garlic. Soak pickled cowpea with water. Dice pickled cowpea.
2.
Heat the oil, stir fry minced pork. Put in garlic, green onion and pickled cowpea. Season with sugar. Thicken the sauce with cornstarch water.
