食譜日本菜魚煮煎15分鐘以下
2. 將味醂、日本醬油、清酒、糖加入三文魚,攪拌均勻,醃30分鐘。
3. 燒熱米糠油,煎香三文魚,再煎另一面至金黃色,然後取出。
Japanese Style Pan Fried Salmon with Teriyaki Sauce
Japanese soy sauce 2 tablespoons
Rice bran oil 2 tablespoons
1. Wipe salmon with kitchen paper.
2. Put mirin, Japanese soy sauce, sake, sugar into salmon, mix well and marinate 30 mins.
3. Heat rice bran oil, pan fry salmon, then pan fry other side until golden brown and take out.
4. Put marinade into the same pan, cook 2 mins.
5. Put in salmon and cook 3 mins.
