做法:

唐芹切段,薑和蒜頭切碎,紅椒切圈。滾水加鹽和糖,放入魷魚花,開細火汆水,撈起。

燒熱油,爆香蒜頭和辣椒,加入魷魚爆炒。灒米酒 ,加入蒜辣醬炒勻,加入唐芹,再灒少許米酒,下麻油炒勻。
