【三餸一湯】沙嗲魚片 Pan fried Fish Fillet with Satay Sauce
星馬菜魚煎15-30分鐘食譜
1. 魚片切件,印乾水分,將鹽、胡椒粉加入魚片,醃10分鐘,撲上生粉。
3. 燒熱油,加入沙嗲醬、花生醬、蜜糖、魚露,煮3分鐘,將醬汁淋入魚片上。
Pan fried Fish Fillet with Satay Sauce
Satay sauce 2 tablespoons
Peanut butter 1 tablespoon
1. Cut fish fillet into pieces, wipe with kitchen paper, put salt and pepper into fish fillet, marinate 10 mins, then put in cornstarch.
2. Heat the oil, pan fry fish fillet with low heat until well done and take out.
3. Heat the oil, put in satay sauce, peanut butter, honey, fish sauce, cook 3 mins. Pour the sauce into fish fillet.
