三餸一湯|芝麻檸檬脆皮蝦仁 Deep fried Shrimp with Lemon and White Sesame Sauce
食譜西菜蝦水果炸煮15-30分鐘
2. 蝦仁印乾水分,將鹽、胡椒粉、麻油加入蝦仁,攪拌均勻,醃15分鐘。
3. 將青檸汁、檸檬汁、白醋、魚露、糖、生粉混合,攪拌均勻,成為醬汁。
4. 將低筋麵粉、水混合均勻,將蝦仁加入,攪拌均勻,再將蝦仁沾上麵包糠。
5. 燒熱米糠油,以中火炸蝦仁1分鐘,取出,瀝乾油分。
7. 燒熱鑊,加入醬汁,煮至滾起,再加入蝦仁、青檸皮、檸檬皮,攪拌均勻,最後灑上白芝麻。
