【三餸一湯】辣油沙甸魚燜薯仔

食譜豆類30-60分鐘

材料:
罐頭辣油沙甸魚1盒
洋葱(耐放蔬菜)半個
薯仔(耐放蔬菜)2個
黑椒碎1茶匙
水100毫升
老抽少許
鹽少許
糖少許
做法:
1.
洋葱切薄片,薯仔削皮,切粒。
2.
鑊中倒入罐頭魚辣油,燒熱,爆香洋葱。
3.
加入薯仔,再加辣油拌炒,加水100毫升,加入沙甸魚。倒入罐中的辣椒和辣汁,加入黑椒,蓋上收中細火燜15分鐘。下少許老抽調色,加少許鹽和糖炒勻。

Braised spicy Sardine with potato
Ingredients:
Canned chili oil sardine 1 can
Onion ½ pc
Potato 2 pcs
Black pepper 1 teaspoon
Steps:
1.
Cut onion in thin slice. Peel potato, dice it.
2.
Put canned chili oil in pan, pan fry onion.
3.
Put in potato and a little more chili oil. Put in water and sardine. Put the rest of chili and sauce, then put in black pepper. Cover the lid and turn to mid-low heat for 15 minutes. Put a little dark soy sauce, salt and sugar. Stir fry.
