材料:
馬蹄 6粒
免治牛肉 6兩
調味料:
生抽 3茶匙
老抽 1茶匙
生粉 1湯匙
生油 1湯匙
水 1湯匙
做法:
1. 馬蹄拍碎及切細粒。(TIPS: 馬蹄可多買幾粒,因為好多時會爛。)
2. 免治牛肉加入調味料拌勻。
3. 加入馬蹄粒拌勻。
4. 牛肉鋪平在碟上。(TIPS: 用手按數下令肉餅更鬆化) 隔水蒸10分鐘。
6 Water Chestnuts
6 Taels Minced Fresh Beef
3 tsp Light Soy Sauce
1 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Corn Starch
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Water
做法:
1. Crush peeled water chestnuts. Finely dice. (TIPS: You can buy more water chestnuts, in case some of them are get rotten.)
2. Mix minced fresh beef with light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oil, corn starch and water.
3. Add water chestnuts. Mix well.
4. Lay the minced beef on a dish. (TIPS: Pressing the minced beef with hands, it helps the meat more fluffy.) Steam over water for 10 minutes.
