材料:
蟹肉 100克
冬瓜 450克
蛋白 1個
薑 1片
葱 1棵
雞湯 500毫升
調味料:
鹽 半茶匙
糖 1茶匙
麻油 1茶匙
胡椒粉 1茶匙
生粉 1湯匙
做法

冬瓜去皮、去瓤,切小塊。
2.
冬瓜、薑及雞湯同煲15分鐘。
3.
取走薑片,將冬瓜湯用攪拌機打成茸。
4.
將冬瓜茸煮開,加入麻油、胡椒粉、粟粉、鹽、糖、芡汁料及蟹肉,蛋白拌勻,撒上葱粒即成。
Crab Meat and Winter Melon Soup
Ingredients:
Crab Meat 100 g
Winter Melon 450 g
Egg White 1 pc
Ginger 1 slice
Spring Onions 1 stalk
Chicken Broth 500 ml
Seasonings:
Salt ½ tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Sesame Oil 1 tsp
White Pepper 1 tsp
Corn Starch 1 tbsp
Steps:
1. Peel winter melon and remove seeds, then cut it into small pieces.
2. Boil winter melon, ginger and chicken broth for 15 minutes.
3. Take out ginger slices, use a blender to blend the winter melon till mashed.
4. Cook mashed winter melon, then add in sesame oil, white pepper, corn starch, salt, sugar, thicken sauce and crab meat. Done.
