製法:
1.先將兩隻豬腳用滾水煲熟,取出切成小塊,加入老抽、蠔油及酒,醃約半小時。
2.將已醃好的豬腳放入炸鍋中炸,炸好後將豬腳放入瓦煲中,加入已切好的紅蘿蔔、白蘿蔔、葱、冬菇、八角、薑片,然後加入一大碗上湯、少許老抽、蠔油、酒,燜煮一會便可上碟。
