【三餸一湯】羅漢果菜乾粟米瘦肉湯

食譜蔬菜豬肉家常菜湯水60分鐘以上

材料:
羅漢果 1個
菜乾 3棵
粟米 1條
紅蘿蔔 1條
瘦肉 約$20

步驟:
1.粟米切件、紅蘿蔔去皮及切件、羅漢果對切。
2.瘦肉洗淨後切件,汆水後再次洗淨,菜乾汆水。
3.將所有材料加入滾水。
4.蓋上蓋,轉小水煮1.5小時。

Ingredients:
Luohanfrui 1 pc
Dried chinese white cabbage 3 pcs
Corn 1 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Pork lean around $20

Steps:
1.Cut corn into pieces, peel carrot and cut into pieces, cut luohanfrui into two pieces.
