三餸一湯|椰菜排骨湯 Cabbage and spareribs soup
食譜粵菜家常菜湯水豬肉蔬菜60分鐘以上
1. 排骨汆水,甘筍和冬菇切片,切葱花,椰菜切塊。
2. 煲滾水,加入薑、排骨、甘筍、冬菇和椰菜,蓋上收中細火煲50分鐘。
Cabbage and spareribs soup
Shacha sauce 1 Tablespoon
1. Blanch spareribs. Slice carrot and shiitake mushroom. Shred green onion. Cut cabbage in chunks.
2. Boil water, put in ginger, spareribs, carrot, shiitake mushroom and cabbage. Cover the lid, cook in mid-low heat for 50 minutes.
3. Open the lid and season the soup with salt and sugar. Put in Shacha sauce, rice wine and green onion.
