【三餸一湯】三文魚蛋餅(親子料理)

食譜雞蛋蔬菜15-30分鐘

材料:
三文魚扒 1件
雞蛋 3隻
洋葱 半個
薯仔(小) 1個
番茄 半個
新鮮羅勒葉 5片
海鹽 適量
即磨黑椒 適量

做法:
1.三文魚扒洗淨,去骨切小粒。
2.洋葱去皮切絲,薯仔去皮切薄片,番茄切片。雞蛋打勻。
3.下油,油滾,放入洋葱絲炒勻,加入薯片煎至微微金黃色。
4.放入三文魚粒煎至轉色,以海鹽及即磨黑椒調味,平均地倒入蛋液,加蓋以中小火焗煮2-3分鐘至半熟狀,放上番茄片,再加蓋用中小火焗煮至蛋熟透,放上新鮮羅勒葉裝飾,即成。

Salmon Quiche
Ingredients:
1 frozen salmon steak
3 eggs
1/2 onion
1 potato (small)
1/2 tomato
5 fresh basil leaves
Some Salt
Some Black pepper

Steps:
1.Wash the salmon steak, remove the bone and cut into small cubes.
2.Peel and shred the onion. Peel the potato and cut into thin slices. Slice the tomato. Beaten the eggs.
3.Heat oil to boil. Add the shredded onion and stir well. Add potato slices and pan fry until it’s golden.
4.Add the salmon cubes and pan fry until the color is changed. Season with salt and black pepper. Pour in the egg liquid evenly. Cover with lid and cook for 2-3 minutes with medium-to low heat. Place the tomato slices on top. Lid on again and cook until it’s done. Add the fresh basil leaves. Ready to serve.
