製法
1.先將火腿切成粒狀放在碗中,加入檸檬皮、一粒蒜茸、切碎的百里香葉、胡椒、鹽少許及半磚牛油一同攪勻,放入雞胸與雞皮中間,在雞髀上𠝹幾刀,全隻雞面塗一層醃料。
2.將一些檸檬切成片狀,放在雞的腹中,將已沾滿醃料的雞放在焗盤中,在焗盤上加一些配菜,如西芹、薯仔、橄欖油、黑椒、鹽、蒜頭、百里香等,用220度焗約兩個小時便成。

2.Slicethelemon,putinsidethechickenbelly,placethemarinatedchickenonaoventray,garnishthetraywithsomevegetable,likecelery,potato,oliveoil,blackpepper,salt,garlic,thyme,etc.,bakeinovenover220℃for2hours.Serve.
