家庭式製法
原先的做法是將西瓜皮,以蜜糖水煲腍後,以炭燒方法烹煮,細心的Angus考慮到一般家庭未必有炭爐,故將之簡化,以牛油鑊煎,效果一樣出色。

Method:
1.Addalittlehoneyintowater,bringtotheboil,putinwatermelonskin,simmertilltender,takeout,drain.Shallowfryinmeltedbutter,takeout.
2.BrushtunawithItalianvinegarandcoatwithmixedherbs.
3.Heatsomeoliveoil,shallowfrytunatillgoldenbrownonbothsides,takeout,cutintopiecesandplaceontopofwatermelonskin.Serve.
