三餸一湯|花雕雞煲 Stewed Chicken with Shao Xing Wine
食譜粵菜雞肉煮30-60分鐘
1. 將糖、生抽、胡椒粉、玫瑰露、麻油、生粉加入雞,醃30分鐘;薑切片。
2. 煲滾雞湯,加入當歸、薑、杞子、冰糖、水,蓋上蓋,煮30分鐘。
Stewed Chicken with Shao Xing Wine
Mei Kuei Lu wine 1 tablespoon
Chinese angelica 6 slices
1. Put sugar, soy sauce, pepper, Mei Kuei Lu wine, sesame oil and cornstarch into chicken. marinate 30 mins. Slice ginger.
2. Cook the chicken soup until boil, put in Chinese angelica, ginger, dried wolfberries, rock sugar and water, cover the lid and cook 30 mins.
3. Put in Shao xing wine and chicken, cover the lid and cook 20 mins with low heat.
雞湯煮滾,放入當歸、薑、杞子、冰糖、水,蓋上煮半小時。
