XO醬肉碎炒四季豆
材料:
免治豬肉 150克
四季豆 1把
薑片 2片
蒜茸 1湯匙
醃料:
生抽 ½ 茶匙
糖 ½ 茶匙
生粉 ½ 茶匙
水 ½ 茶匙
調味料 :
XO醬 1湯匙
紅葱頭碎 1湯匙
生粉水 2湯匙
做法:
1.
免治豬肉加入生抽、糖、粟粉和水拌勻,醃10分鐘。
2.
四季豆切段備用。
3.
四季豆加薑片,汆水備用。
4.
爆香蒜茸和紅葱頭碎,免治豬肉炒至半熟。
5.
加入XO醬拌勻後,放入四季豆和生粉水。炒數分鐘。
Stir-Fried Long Beans with Minced Pork in XO Sauce
Ingredients:
Minced Pork 150g
Long Beans 1 bundle
Sliced Ginger 2 pcs
Minced Garlic 1 tbsp
Marinades:
Light Soy Sauce ½ tsp
Sugar ½ tsp
Corn Starch ½ tsp
Water ½ tsp
Seasonings:
XO Sauce 1 tbsp
Crushed Shallots 1 tbsp
Corn Starch Water 2 tbsp
Steps:
1. Mix light soy sauce, sugar, corn starch and water with pork, marinate it for 10 minutes.
2. Cut long beans and set aside.
3. Add in ginger slices and blanch in water. Set aside.
4. Sauté minced garlic and crushed shallots until fragrant, stir-fry minced pork till medium.
5. Then add in XO sauce, long beans and corn starch water, stir fry for few minutes.
