材料:
豬扒 2塊
洋葱 1/2個
日本燒汁 2湯匙
粟米芯 4條
生抽 1湯匙
糖 1茶匙
胡椒粉 少許
麻油 少許
米酒 少許
生粉 1湯匙
步驟:
1.豬扒洗淨,以廚紙印乾水分,用刀拍鬆。
2.將生抽、糖、胡椒粉、麻油、米酒及生粉加入豬扒,醃15分鐘。
3.洋葱切絲、粟米芯對切。
4.燒熱油,中火煎豬扒至金黃色後取出。
5.原鑊燒熱油,加入洋葱、粟米芯。
6.加入燒汁、豬扒,煮至全熟。
Onion and Pork Chop with Teriyaki sauce
Ingredients:
Pork chop 2 pcs
Onion 1/2 pc
Teriyaki sauce 2 tablespoons
Corn cobs 4 pcs
Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
Sugar 1 teaspoon
Pepper little
Sesame oil little
Rice wine little
Cornstarch 1 tablespoon
Steps:
1.Wash pork chop, wipe with kitchen paper, slap pork chop.
2.Put in soy sauce, sugar, pepper, sesame oil, rice wine, cornstarch into pork chop, marinate 15 mins.
3.Shred onion and cut corn cobs into two pieces.
4.Heat the oil, pan fry pork chop until golden brown with mid-heat and take out.
5.Heat the oil in the same pan, put in onion and corn cobs.
6.Put in teriyaki sauce and pork chop,cook until well done.
