材料:
雜海鮮 200克
葱 50克
調味料:
胡椒粉 半茶匙
鹽 半茶匙
麵粉 75克
發粉 半茶匙
凍水 175毫升
醬汁:
生抽 2湯匙
醋 1湯匙
韓國辣椒粉 2茶匙
糖 1茶匙
做法:

葱切段。

將生抽、醋、韓國辣椒粉及糖混合。
3.
混合麵粉、發粉、胡椒粉、鹽,加入凍水,加入葱和雜海鮮撈勻成漿。
4.
海鮮粉漿下鑊煎四分鐘,翻轉煎多一分鐘。
Seafood Pancake
Ingredients:
Mixed Seafood 200 g
Spring Onions 50 g
Seasonings:
White Pepper ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Flour 75 g
Baking Soda ½ tsp
Cold Water 175 ml
Sauce:
Light Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Korean Chili Powder 2 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Steps:
1. Cut spring onions into sections.
2. Mix light soy sauce, vinegar, Korean chili powder and sugar.
3. Mix flour, baking soda, white pepper and salt, then add in cold water and spring onions. Mix with mixed seafood and set aside.
4. Pan-fry it for 4 minutes, then flip to another side and pan-fry for 1 minute. Done.
