2. 煲水1.3公升,加薑、排骨、雪耳和粟米。蓋上,中細火煲50分鐘。
Sweet corn, lily bulbs and spareribs soup
1. Soak snow fungus in water. Cut sweet corn and snow fungus in small pieces. Blanch spareribs.
2. Boil 1.3L of water, put in ginger, spareribs, snow fungus and sweet corn. Cover the lid and cook in mid-low heat for 50 minutes.
3. Put in lily bulbs and cook for more 10 minutes. Season with salt.
