香辣炒蟶子
材料:
蟶子 300克
辣椒乾 5隻
桂皮 1條
八角 3粒
草果 1粒
蠔油 1湯匙
生抽 1茶匙
糖 1茶匙
玫瑰露 1湯匙
蒜頭 2粒
乾葱 1粒
步驟:
1.蟶子加入鹽及水,幫助吐沙;辣椒乾、蒜頭、乾葱切粒。
2.燒熱油,爆香桂皮、八角、草果。
3.加入蒜頭、乾葱、辣椒乾、蟶子炒香。
4.加入蠔油、生抽、糖、玫瑰露拌勻。
Stir fried Razor Clam with Spicy Sauce
Ingredients:
Razor clam 300g
Dried hot pepper 5 pcs
Cinnamon 1 pc
Star anise 3 pcs
Tsaoko amomum fruit 1 pc
Oyster sauce 1 tablespoon
Soy sauce 1 teaspoon
Sugar 1 teaspoon
Mei Kuei Lu wine 1 tablespoon
Garlic 2 pcs
Dried shallot 1 pc
Steps:
1.Add salt into water, put razor clam in helps remove sand. Dice dried hot pepper, garlic and dried shallot.
2.Heat the oil, Stir fry cinnamon, star anise and tsaoko amomum fruit.
3.Put in garlic, dried shallot, dried hot pepper and razor clam and stir fry.
4.Put in oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar and Mei Kuei Lu wine, mix well.
