三餸一湯|上湯雲吞雞槌 Chicken Drumsticks Wonton Soup
食譜粵菜湯水蝦蔬菜豬肉雞蛋煮15-30分鐘
1. 蝦仁和肉碎用胡椒粉、鹽、麻油及雞蛋撈勻,醃半小時,之後包好雲吞。
3. 4碗上湯放入煲至煮滾,再放入雞槌,轉中火煲15分鐘。
4. 另開滾水半煲,雲吞放入煲內煮3分鐘,將雲吞放入雞槌上湯。
Chicken Drumsticks Wonton Soup
1. Mix shrimps and minced meat with pepper, salt, sesame oil and egg, then marinate for 30 minutes and wrap wonton.
2. Blanch chicken drumsticks in water. Set aside.
3. Add 4 bowls of broth into a pot and bring to boil. Add drumsticks, switch to medium heat and cook for 15 minutes.
4. Boil another half pot of water, add wontons and cook for 3 minutes, add wontons into the drumsticks broth.
5. Shred Jinhua ham and slightly pan-fry, then put over the soup.
