香葉秋葵炒肉碎
材料:
金不換 適量
秋葵 200克
免治豬肉 200克
蒜茸 1湯匙
調味料 :
魚露 半茶匙
生粉 半茶匙
水 半茶匙
蠔油 1茶匙
麻油 少許
醃料 :
生抽 半茶匙
糖 半茶匙
生粉水 2湯匙
做法:
1. 免治豬肉加入生抽、糖、生粉和水拌勻,醃約10分鐘。
2. 秋葵切去頭部,切段。
3. 燒熱油,放入蒜茸爆香,再放入豬肉炒勻。
4. 放入秋葵、生粉水、魚露、蠔油、麻油拌炒。
5. 放入金不換,炒至收汁即成。
Stir-Fried Minced Pork with Thai Basil and Okra
Ingredients:
Some Thai Basil
Okra 200g
Minced Pork 200g
Minced Garlic 1 tbsp
Seasonings:
Fish Sauce ½ tsp
Light Soy Sauce ½ tsp
Sugar ½ tsp
Corn Starch ½ tsp
Water ½ tsp
Oyster Sauce 1 tsp
Little Sesame Oil
Corn Starch Water 2 tbsp
Steps:
1. Add light soy sauce, sugar, corn starch and water into minced pork, mix well and marinate it for about 10 minutes.
2. Remove head of okra, then cut it diagonally into sections.
3. Heat the wok with oil, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add in pork and stir-fry.
4. Add in okra, corn starch water, fish sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil.
5. Add in Thai Basil, stir-fry till the sauce is fully absorbed.
