做法:
1. 秋刀魚沾上生粉。
2. 爆香蒜茸,慢火炸至脆身備用。
3. 熱鑊薄油 加入薑片。
4. 放入秋刀魚。
5. 放入炸香的蒜茸、鹽及胡椒粉即可。

Steps:
1. Coat the saury with corn starch.
2. Sauté minced garlic over low heat till crunchy and set aside.
3. Heat a pan and add in oil, then ginger.
4. Pan-fry the saury.
5. Add in minced garlic, salt and white pepper. Done.
