三餸一湯|香葱蠔油煎豆腐雞蛋 Pan fried Tofu, Egg with Spring Onion and Oyster Sauce
食譜粵菜家常菜雞蛋豆類蔬菜煎煮15分鐘以下
2. 雞蛋攪拌均勻,將鹽、胡椒粉、葱加入蛋,攪拌均勻。
4. 加入蛋,煎3分鐘,再逐件豆腐反轉,煎至金黃色,取出。
Pan fried Tofu, Egg with Spring Onion and Oyster Sauce
Oyster sauce 2 tablespoons
Rice bran oil 4 tablespoons
1. Dice spring onion. Cut board beancurd into pieces.
2. Egg mix well, put salt, pepper, sping onion into egg, mix well.
3. Heat the rice bran oil, put in tofu, pan fry until golden brown.
4. Put in egg, pan fry 3 mins, turn each tofu to another side, pan fry until golden brown and take out.
5. Heat the same pan, put in a little water, oyster sauce, sugar and cook 3 mins.
6. Put tofu on the plate and put in the sauce.
