叉燒150克
粟米粒50克
煙肉3片
雞蛋4隻
葱1棵(切幼粒)
生抽 2茶匙
做法:
叉燒及煙肉切粒狀
雞蛋拂勻,下生抽拌勻
下粟米粒、煙肉粒、叉燒粒和葱粒
燒熱少許油,下蛋漿以慢火煎至兩面金黃,完成
Ingredients:
150g char siew
50g corn kernel
3 strips bacon
4 eggs
1 stalk spring onion (diced)
2 tsp soy sauce
Steps:
Dice char siew and bacon strips.
Beat eggs. Mix with soy sauce.
Mix with corn kernel, bacon, char siew and diced spring onion.
Heat some oil. Add egg mixture and pan fry over low heat until both sides turn golden brown. Done
