食譜粵菜豬肉炸15分鐘以下
2. 將腐乳、糖、麻油、胡椒粉、紹興酒、1湯匙生粉,加入排骨,醃30分鐘。
4. 燒熱油,以中火炸排骨4分鐘,取出,瀝乾油分。
Deep fried Pork Ribs with Fermented Bean Curd
Shao xing wine 1 tablespoon
1. Wipe pork ribs with kitchen paper.
2. Put fermented bean curd, sugar, sesame oil, pepper, Shao xing wine, 1 tablespoon cornstarch into pork rib, marinate 30 mins.
3. Put cornstarch into pork ribs and heat the oil.
4. Deep fry pork ribs with mid-heat for 4 mins then take out and drain oil.
5. Deep fry pork ribs with high heat for 1 min then take out and drain oil.
用腐乳、糖、麻油、胡椒粉、紹酒及1湯匙生粉撈勻排骨醃味。
