食譜泰國菜豆類蔬菜炸炒15分鐘以下
1. 百頁豆腐壓碎;辣椒切粒;乾葱、檸檬葉、蒜頭切碎;小番茄切粒;九層塔取葉。
2. 燒熱油,以中火炸百頁豆腐至金黃色,取出及瀝乾油分。
5. 加入小番茄、魚露、米酒、老抽、糖,炒至均勻。
Vegetarian Pad Krapow Moo
Kaffir lime leaves 1 slice
Dark soy sauce 1 teaspoon
1. Crush shutter bean curd. Dice hot pepper. Mince dried shallot, kaffir lime leaves and garlic. Dice baby tomato. Take basil leaf.
2. Heat the oil, deep fry shutter bean curd with mid heat until golden brown, then take out and drain oil.
3. Heat the oil, stir fry dried shallot and kaffir lime leaves.
4. Put in garlic, hot pepper and shutter bean curd.
5. Put in baby tomato, fish sauce, rice wine, dark soy sauce and sugar, stir fry until mix well.
6. Finally put in basil and stir fry 1 min.
