Pan fried Egg with Potato
1. Peel and shred potato, beat egg.
2. Put potato into egg, then put in salt and pepper, mix well.
3. Heat the oil, put in egg batter.
4. Cover the lid, fry 2 mins with low heat, then pan fry another side until golden brown.
