材料:
蠔仔 100克
麵粉 50克
泡菜 30克
芫荽 1束
蛋 1隻
做法:

泡菜剪碎,芫荽切碎,蠔仔加麵粉拌勻。蠔仔汆水30秒,撈起沖水。

蠔仔和泡菜拌勻,加少許芫荽,加蛋和麵粉拌勻成麵糊。
3.
鑊塗油,倒入麵糊,撒芫荽,煎熟蠔餅。
Kimchi and oyster pancake
