【三餸一湯】南乳煎雞翼

食譜雞肉30-60分鐘

材料:
雞翼8隻
蒜茸2粒
麵粉2湯匙
醃料:
南乳半磚
糖1茶匙
紹酒2湯匙
老抽1茶匙
做法:
1.
蒜頭切碎。雞翼底部割兩刀。碗中加入醃料拌勻,加入雞翼醃15分鐘。
2.
雞翼加入麵粉拌勻。
3.
燒熱油,爆香蒜頭,加入雞翼,收中火煎,反轉煎至兩面金黃。蓋上,收中細火再焗5分鐘。

Garlic 2 cloves
Flour 2 Tablespoons
Marinade:
Fermented red bean curd ½ piece
Sugar 1 teaspoon
Shao Xing wine 1 teaspoon
Dark soy sauce 1 teaspoon
Steps:
1.
Shred garlic. Cut two slices at the back of wingette. Marinate wingette with marinade for 15 minutes.

Mix wingette with flour.
3.
Heat the oil, pan fry garlic. Put in wingette and turn to mid-heat, turn another side. Pan fry until turn golden brown. Cover the lid, turn to mid-lo heat for 5 minutes.
