【三餸一湯】粟米魚肚瑤柱羹 Corn and fish maw soup with dried scallop
食譜粵菜家常菜海味蔬菜貝類豬肉魚煮30-60分鐘
1. 把鹹豬肉切片, 浸入熱水10分鐘,取出隔水。

Dried scallop 2/3 bowl (soaked and steamed for 30 mins)
Dried fish maw a little bit (soaked)
1. Slice the salted pork, soak it with hot water for 10 mins, take out.
2. Take out the corn kernel, halve the corn cob.
3. Blanch the fish maw, take out and drain. Then cut it into small pieces.
4. Fry the ginger until fragrant, then fry the salted pork and corn kernel.
5. Add hot water, put the corn cob into the casserole, cover, boil for 40 mins.
6. Take out the corn cob, add fish maw and dried scallop.
7. Cover, boil for 10 mins. Off heat, ladle the soup in a bowl, serve hot.
