Stuffed Shrimp Paste with Luffa and Chicken Soup
1. Peel luffa and cut into strips.
2. Put shrimp meat, salt, pepper, sesame oil, cornstarch, lard into blender and mix well.
3. Put cornstarch on luffa top and stuff shrimp meat on it.
4. Heat the oil, pan fry luffa.
5. Put in chicken soup and a little water, cover the lid and cook 10 mins.
6. Put Sakura shrimp on top.
