【三餸一湯】山藥蓮子湯

食譜豬肉湯水60分鐘以上

材料:
山藥半條
排骨250克
鮮蓮子80克
薑2片
水1.2公升
鹽 少許
做法 :
1.
排骨加冷水,開火,汆水5分鐘,撈起洗淨。
2.
蓮子用牙籤插中間,去芯。山藥削皮,切角。
3.
水滾加薑片,再加入排骨、山藥和蓮子。蓋上,收中細火煲45分鐘,加鹽調味。

Chinese yam and lotus seed soup
Ingredients:
Chinese yam 1/2pc
Spareribs 250g
Fresh lotus seed 80g
Ginger 2 slices
Water 1.2L
Salt Little
Steps:
1.
Blanch spareribs with cold water in 5 minutes.
2.
Take out lotus seed core. Peel Chinese yam, then cut into hob blocks.
3.
Put ginger and spareribs in water. Then put in Chinese yam and lotus seed. Cover the lid and cook in mid-low heat for 45 minutes. Season with salt.
