黑醋 1湯匙
醬油膏 1湯匙

粟粉芡水 少許
做法:
1.牛肉碎加醃料拌勻。蒜頭、薑和辣椒切碎,切葱花。
2.茄子滾刀切塊。茄子泡油,撈起。
3.燒熱油爆蒜頭和薑,加入牛肉碎同炒,加水100毫升,加入醬油膏、黑醋和糖,煮滾 ,加老抽調色。
4.茄子回鑊,加麻油和辣椒。粟粉芡水收汁。

Ginger 1 slice
Garlic 1 clove
Green onion 2 pcs

Marinade:

Steps:
1.Marinate beef with marinade. Shred garlic, green onion and red chili. Dice ginger.
2.Cut eggplant into hob blocks. Deep fry eggplant.
3.Heat the oil and pan fry garlic and ginger. Stir fry with beef. Then put in 100ml of water, thick soy sauce, black vinegar and sugar. Boil the sauce. Tune the colour with dark soy sauce.
4.Put eggplant, sesame oil and red chili. Thicken the sauce with cornstarch water.
