三餸一湯|葱爆羊肉 Sautéed Lamb with Scallion
食譜星馬菜蛋蔬菜炒15分鐘以下
1.京葱斜切,紅辣椒切絲,羊肉片放在滾水內氽水10秒,盛起。
2.下油油滾,加入京葱段及紅辣椒絲炒勻,加入羊肉片快速同炒。
Sautéed Lamb with Scallion
1. Slice the leeks in bias. Shred the red chili. Add the sliced lamb into the boiling water and cook for 10 seconds. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat oil to boil. Add the leeks and shredded red chili and stir well. Add the lamb slices and stir fry quickly.
3. Add all seasonings and stir well. Dish up and ready to serve.
