材料:
豬肉片 1盒
洋葱 1個
蒜頭 6粒
薑 5片
清酒 2湯匙
味醂 2湯匙
日本醬油 2湯匙
味噌 1湯匙
糖 1湯匙
步驟:
1.洋葱切條,蒜頭、薑磨成泥。
2.將蒜茸、薑茸、清酒、味醂、日本醬油、味噌、糖 混合成醬料。
3.加入豬肉片醃20分鐘。
4.燒熱油,炒洋葱至軟身。
5.加入豬肉片炒至全熟,再加入剩下的醬料。
Japanese Style Ginger Pork
Ingredients:
Sliced pork 1 box
Onion 1 pc
Garlic 6 pcs
Ginger 5 pcs
Sake 2 tablespoons
Mirin 2 tablespoons
Japanese soy sauce 2 tablespoons
Miso 1 tablespoon
Sugar 1 tablespoon
Steps:
1.Cut onion into strips, grate garlic and ginger.
2.Mix grate garlic, grate ginger, sake, mirin, japanese soy sauce, miso and sugar into sauce.
