材料 / Ingredients:
竹絲雞半隻 / ½ Silky Chicken
蟲草花20克 / 20g Cordyceps Flowers
薑3片 / 3 Slices Ginger
紅棗3粒 / 3 Red Dates
杞子10克 / 10g Medlar Seeds
龍眼乾5粒 / 5 Dried Longan
調味 / Seasoning:鹽少許 / Some salt
做法 / Steps:
1. 燉盅內放入竹絲雞(TIPS: 竹絲雞較少肥肉,適合煲 / 燉湯) / Put silky chicken into the pot(TIPS: Silky chicken has less fat, it is very suitable for soup stew)
2. 放入蟲草花、薑、紅棗、杞子、龍眼乾及清水 / Add cordyceps flower, ginger, red date, dried longan and water
