【三餸一湯】鹽焗雞中翼

食譜雞肉30-60分鐘

材料:
雞中翼8隻
粗鹽200克

醃料:
鹽焗雞粉2湯匙
五香粉少許
甜椒粉少許

做法:
1.
粗鹽倒入鑄鐵鍋中,然後攤平。冚蓋,開細火慢慢加熱。
2.
雞中翼反轉底部割兩刀,加入鹽焗雞粉、五香粉和甜椒粉醃15分鐘。攤平錫紙,排上雞翼,封好。
3.
把鍋中部份熱過的鹽取出,放入雞翼錫紙包,再把熱鹽鋪面,收細火焗25分鐘。取出錫紙包打開,將雞翼上碟。


Baked wingette with spicy salt

Ingredients:
Wingette 8 pieces
Coarse salt 200g

Marinade:
Spicy bake chicken mix 2 Tablespoons
Five spices mix a little bit
Paprika a little bit

Steps:
1.
Put coarse salt into cast iron, spread the salt. Cover the lid and cook the salt in low heat.
2.
Turn the back side of wingette and cut slightly. Marinate wingette with spicy bake mix, Five spices mix and paprika for 15 minutes.
3.
Put wingette on aluminum paper, cover it in a letter shape. Take out part of hot salt, then put the wingette pack. Put back the hot salt in pot. Cover the lid and cook in 25 minutes in low heat. Open the aluminum pack to take the wingette.
