材料:
冷凍豬肉片 200克
薑 8-9片
水 800毫升
麻油 適量
米酒 適量
鹽 少許
豬肉醃料:

生粉 1茶匙
做法:
1. 薑洗淨去皮後,切成幼絲,備用。
2. 豬肉片切成絲,加入鹽、生粉、水及油拌勻,備用。
3. 冷鍋下麻油及薑絲,把薑絲煸香,倒入水,煮至小滾,加入肉絲,以筷子撥散,下鹽調味。
4. 煮至肉熟透後,撈去浮渣,加入米酒,即可飲用。
Pork Soup with Ginger and Sesame oil
Ingredient:
Frozen Pork Slices 200 g
Ginger 8-9 slices
Water 800 ml
Sesame Oil some
Rice Wine some

Cornstarch 1 tsp
Steps:
1. Clean and thinly cut the ginger, set aside.
2. Thinly cut the pork, add water and cornstarch and mix well, set aside.
3. Add sesame oil in a cold pot, add ginger shreds stir fry until fragrant. Add water and bring it to boil, add pork shreds and stir, season with salt.
4. Cook until the pork is cooked. Scumming and add rice wine. Sever.
