【三餸一湯】香煎鹹蛋鯪魚餅

材料:
鯪魚肉 約$30
鹹蛋 2隻
葱 少許
洋葱 少許

醃料:
豉油 2茶匙
糖 2茶匙
油 2茶匙
生粉 2茶匙

做法:
1.葱和洋葱,切粒。鹹蛋取黃,切粒。
2.下醃料於鯪魚肉中,醃15分鐘。
3.將葱、洋葱、鹹蛋黃及少許鹹蛋白加入魚肉之中,拌勻。
4.熱油鑊,下魚肉 ,小火煎至金黃,壓至圓餅並煎至全熟。

Marinate:
Soy sauce 2 teaspoons
Sugar 2 teaspoons
Oil 2 teaspoons
Cornstarch 2 teaspoons


Steps:
