菠菜魷魚湯
材料:
菠菜100克
蜆乾20克
魷魚圈60克
冬菇4隻
薑2片
清湯800毫升
鹽少許
糖少許
紹酒少許
做法:
1.蜆乾浸水,菠菜切段,切薑絲,冬菇切絲。
2.滾水加半份薑絲,加紹酒,放入魷魚汆水。
3.清湯煮滾,加薑和蜆乾,加魷魚,放糖和鹽調味,加入菠菜煮軟。

Ginger 2 slices

Steps:
