三餸一湯|栗子腰果馬蹄素湯 Chestnut, Cashew Nuts and Water Chestnuts Vegan Soup
食譜粵菜家常菜湯水蔬菜素食煲60分鐘以上
3. 將栗子、馬蹄、紅蘿蔔、南北杏、腰果、椰棗加入至滾水,蓋上蓋,轉小火煲2小時,最後加入適量鹽。
Chestnut, Cashew Nuts and Water Chestnuts Vegan Soup
1. Soak cashew nuts. Peel carrot and cut into pieces. Peel water chestnuts.
2. Put chestnut into boiling water and peel it.
3. Put chestnut, water chestnuts, carrot, apricot kernel, cashew nuts, date palm into boiling water, cover the lid, cook for 2 hours with low heat, finally put in some salt.
