材料:
魷魚仔 150克
大紅椒 1隻
白蘑菇 3隻

XO醬 1湯匙
蠔油 1茶匙
生抽 1茶匙
粟粉芡水 少許
做法:
1.大紅椒、大葱和蒜頭切片,切葱花。蘑菇去蒂,切片。
2.魷魚去軟骨和內臟,清洗後切圈。魷魚加紹酒汆水30秒。
3.燒熱油,爆香蒜片和大葱,加入蘑菇及紅椒。灒紹酒,加入魷魚同炒。加入蠔油、生抽和XO醬,下葱花。粟粉芡水收汁。

Ingredients:
