【三餸一湯】蜜汁燒排骨粒

豬肉食譜30-60分鐘

材料:
排骨300克
蜜糖2湯匙
炒香芝麻1湯匙

醃料:
柱侯醬1湯匙
蠔油1茶匙
生抽1茶匙
玫瑰露酒2湯匙

做法:
1.
排骨放入大碗,加入醃料拌勻醃至少30分鐘。
2.
在氣炸鍋的底部鋪上鍚紙,掃油,排骨放入氣炸鍋內,塗上醃汁,用攝氏200度先焗8分鐘。反轉另一面再搽醃汁,加焗8分鐘。
3.
塗上蜜糖,調至攝氏160度焗1分鐘便成。撒上芝麻。

Roasted spareribs with honey sauce
Ingredients:
Spareribs 300g
Honey 2 Tablespoons
Roasted sesame 1 Tablespoon
Chu Hou sauce 1 Tablespoon
Oyster sauce 1 teaspoon
Soy sauce 1 teaspoon
Mei Kuei Lu Chiew 2 Tablespoons

Steps:
1.
Put spareribs in large bowl, then put in Chu Hou sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce and Mei Kuei Lu Chiew. Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.

Place aluminium foil in inner pot of airfryer. Spread a little oil on it. Put in spareribs. Spread extra marinade on spareribs. Then Put inner pot into airfryer. Turn to 200°C and set for 8 minutes.
3.
Turn to another side, repeat to put on sauce on spareribs. Set for 8 minutes more. Spread honey on spareribs and turn to 160°C for 1 minute. Garnish with sesame.
