材料:
雞胸肉 100克
青瓜 1條
醃料:
生抽 1茶匙
紹酒 1茶匙
生粉 1茶匙
鹽 1茶匙
白糖 1茶匙
調味料:
蠔油 1茶匙
做法:

青瓜和雞胸肉切小塊

將雞胸肉放入紹酒、生抽、生粉、鹽及白糖攪勻,醃製10分鐘
3.
放油開鑊,放入雞肉炒至轉色。
4.
再放入青瓜加上蠔油,略炒即成
Stir-Fried Cucumber with Chicken
Ingredients:
Chicken Breasts 100 grams
Cucumber 1 pc
Marinade:
Light Soy Sauce 1 tsp
Shaoxing Wine 1 tsp
Corn Starch 1 tsp
Salt Little
White Sugar 1 tsp
Seasonings:
Oyster Sauce 1 tsp
Steps:

Cut cucumber and chicken breast into small pieces.

Mix chicken breast with Shaoxing wine, light soy sauce, corn starch, salt and white sugar, let it marinate for 10 minutes.
3.
Heat the pan with oil, stir-fry chicken till color changes.
4.
Add in cucumber and oyster sauce and stir-fry lightly. Done.
