材料:
青口 1包
蒜茸 2茶匙
洋葱 半個
番茄 1個
調味料 :
橄欖油 1湯匙
百里香 少許
白酒 150毫升
鹽 少許
做法:

洋葱及番茄切粒
2.
爆香蒜茸及洋葱,加入番茄 、白酒煮5分鐘,再放入百里香
3.
加入青口,水滾後加鹽及橄欖油即成
Ingredients:
Mussels 1 Pack
Minced Garlic 2 tsp
Onion ½ pc
Tomato 1pc
Seasonings:
Olive Oil 1 tsp
Little Thyme
White Wine 150ml
Little Salt
Steps:
1. Dice onions and tomatoes.
2. Sauté minced garlic and onion, add in tomatoes and white wine and cook for 5 minutes. Add in thyme.
3. Add in mussels. Bring water to the boil. Add salt and olive oil. Done.
