材料:
免治豬肉 150克
茄子 2條
薑茸 1湯匙
葱 1棵(切幼絲)
調味料:
豆瓣醬 2湯匙
生抽 1湯匙
米酒 1湯匙
糖 2茶匙
做法:
1. 茄子洗淨,去蒂,切成約3厘米長條。
2. 燒熱2湯匙油,爆香薑茸,下免治豬肉爆炒至剛熟。
3. 再放入茄子,加入所有調味料拌炒,放上葱絲即成。
Ingredients:
150g minced pork
2 eggplants
1 tbsp minced ginger.
1 stalk spring onion (cut into thin shred)
Seasonings:
2 tbsp broad bean sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice wine
2 tsp sugar
Steps:
1. Rinse eggplants, discard stem. Cut into 3cm long strips.
2. Heat 2 tbsp oil. Stir fry ginger. Add minced pork and stir fry until done.
3. Add eggplant. Add all seasonings and stir well. Add spring onion.
