材料:
泰國單骨雞翼 約20隻
韓國柚子蜜 1湯匙
雞翼醃料:
韓國柚子蜜 2湯匙
豉油 1湯匙
胡椒粉 少許
鹽 少許
水 2湯匙
做法:
1.雞翼洗淨抹乾水,然後加入胡椒粉、鹽、豉油拌勻,再加入水拌勻,再下柚子蜜。
2.燒熱鑊下油,下雞翼,以中大火煎至兩邊金黃色及熟透。
3.雞翼上碟,加上柚子蜜即可。
Citron Honey Single Bone Wings
Ingredients:
Single Bone Chicken wings appox. 20 pcs
Citron Honey 1tbsp
Marinate:
Citron Honey 2 tbsp
Soy sauce 1tbsp
Ground White Pepper pinch
Salt pinch
Water 2 tbsp
Methods:
1.Wash the chicken wings and pat dry, marinate the chicken wings with ground white pepper, salt and soy sauce. Add water and mix well, and then add citron honey.
2.Heat the wok, add some oil, pan fry the chicken wings on medium-high heat until both sides golden and cooked.
3.Serve the chicken wings on the plate and add citron honey on top.
