材料:
番薯 4個
粟米 2條
栗子 15粒
眉豆 30克
花生 30克
無花果 2粒
步驟:
1.眉豆浸水4小時、粟米切件,番薯去皮及切件。
2.栗子加入滾水煮1分鐘,取出,用毛巾去衣。
3.燒熱鑊,加入花生,以小火炒香。
4.將所有材料加入滾水中,蓋上蓋 轉小火煲1.5小時。

Ingredients:
Sweet Potato 4 pcs
Corn 2 pcs
Chestnut 15 pcs
Black eyed bean 30g
Peanut 30g
Dry fig 2 pcs
Steps:
1.Soak black eyed bean for 4 hours, cut corn in chunk, peel sweet potato and cut sweet potato in chunk.
